Atorvastatin is used for the treatment and prevention of high cholesterol , high lipid levels (hyperlipidemia), and to lower the risk of stroke, heart attack, or other heart complications in people with type 2 diabetes, and disease of coronary artery of heart (coronary heart disease). Clopidorel and Aspirin is an anti-coagulant and used to prevent clot formation in arteries especially coronary arteries . There combination of Clopidogrel + Atorvastatin + Aspirin is used to prevent coronary arteries diseases related to clot formation thus reducing the chances of myocardial infarction, heart attack and stroke .

Headache, Abdominal pain, Aching joints/joint pains, Constipation, Cns depression, Stomach pain, Dizziness, Confusion. Aspirin may cause Gastric erosion, Gi bleeding, Hepatitis, Rhinitis, Bleeding .

Clopidogrel may increase bleeding time in patients using warfarin or other anti-coagulants.

Atorvastatin reduces formation of cholesterol, thus, lowering the blood lipid levels. Clopidogrel and aspirin prevents the formation of blood clots in arteries.
