Claims in research- Smoking smokers look like 40 at age 20

Research says that smokers look 20 years older than their actual age. In the research, out of 10 out of 10 smoking people who were under the age of 30, they were 40 to 50 years old.
New Delhi: There is a big disclosure about the danger of smoking. It is reported in a research that the effect of age on people who smoke is twice as fast. Research says that smokers look 20 years older than their actual age. In humans there are two types of chronological and biological age. From biological age, it is revealed that how a person looks, whereas chronological age is an indicator of how long a person is alive.
This research has been done on nearly 1.5 lakh people. It found that the biological edge of the smokers was more than double its chronological edge. Out of 10 out of 10 people who were smoking, they were under 30 years of age, they were between 40 and 50 years. At the same time, it was found in research that no change was seen in the age of 62 percent of people who did not smoke.
This research has been published in ‘Scientific Reports’ magazine. It has been found in this research that the damage caused by smoking is yet to be known, there may be many dangerous disadvantages. It has been said that smoking leads to cancer, cardiovascular disease, and it causes extremely harm to the internal system of the body.
People are getting untimely deaths due to smoking. Smoking has become the biggest cause of death for people in the UK. There are around 1.20 lakh people every year, due to this they go to the cheeks of time. The condition in America is even worse. 4.80 million people die each year due to smoking.
