Toronto: After daybreak, people can not take time for work or any physical activity in today’s world. Martin Gibala, the teacher of McMaster University of Canada, says that now people can fit themselves with the help of ‘stear snacking’ anywhere and can keep their fitness alive.

Professor Gibala said that those who work in office towers or those living in high-rise buildings can work-out by climbing stairs in the morning, afternoon and evening and in fact it is truly effected in keeping the body better. Researchers involved in this research believe that if one climbs or descends from the stairs two to three times a day, then the heart can be kept healthy.

Professor said that this research included a group of young people who could not get time for things like Exercise or for any reason there was no such thing in their daily routine. The people of this group were asked to climb up and down the stairs three times in a day, and did so three times in six weeks every day.

According to the researchers, the difference between the people of this group was really different from the members of the other group who did not do anything. Researchers’ findings about this impressive usefulness of ‘Square Snacking’ have been published in many magazines also.

Seeing the food comes in the mouth after water, it will decrease by taking its fragrance for two minutes.

Jonathan University, another university assistant professor at Canada, said that you can keep yourself fit by doing such activity during a coffee break or bathroom break in the office. In the future, some other such activities are being explored to keep away from diseases such as blood pressure or glycemic.
