Faropenam is a beta-lactam anti-biotic. Faropenem is used in serious and complicated infections of skin , respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection, chronic bronchitis , COPD etc.

Side Effects of Faronac Tablet 6s

Common side effects of Faropenem include Abdominal pain, Hearing and Vision problems .Other side effects include Nausea,Diarrhea, and Vomiting.

Drug Interactions

Faropenem may interact with sodium Valproate, imipenem, furosemide and cilastatin.

Mechanism of Action

Faropenam is a beta-lactam antibiotics. Faropenem kills bacteria by inhibiting the bacterial cell walls synthesis . It inhibits cross-linkage between the linear peptidoglycan polymer chains that make up a major component of the cell wall of Gram-positive bacteria.

How to Use

Take orally with food and water, as directed by your physician.

How to Store

Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.
