Palbociclib is used to treat a certain type of hormone receptor–positive, advanced breast cancer (breast cancer that depends on hormones such as estrogen to grow) or breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body .

Side Effects of Palbo 100mg Capsule 21s

Palbociclib may cause following side effects. 

1. nausea and vomiting
2. diarrhea
3. decreased appetite
4. changes in taste
5. skin dryness
6. skin rashes
7. weakness
8. numbness or tingling in your arms, hands, legs, and feet
9. sores on the lips, mouth, or throat
10. unusual hair thinning or hair loss

Mechanism of Action

Palbociclib inhibits cell growth and suppresses DNA replication in cancer cells.
