Tolperisone, a centrally acting muscle relaxant . Tolperisone is used for the treatment of various spasmodic conditions such as muscle stiffness , joint pain, spine pain , severe and acute back pain and spasticity of neurological origin.

Side Effects of Tolifast SR Tablet 6s

Side effects of TOLPERISONE include muscle weakness, nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort ,headache, and low blood pressure .

Contraindications

Use of tolperisone is not recommended in patients with severe renal impairment .
