Afatinib is an anti cancer medicine . It is used in the treatment of certain types of non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to nearby tissues or to other parts of the body.

Side Effects of Afayro 20 Tablet 28s

Some of the common side effect os Afatinib are :

1. dry lips , swollen gums and sore throat
2. dry skin or itching
3. acne and skin rashes
4. nail infection
5. dark urine
6. decreased sweating
7. nose bleeds
8. nausea & vomiting
9. sensitivity to light
10. weakness and  tiredness

Contraindications

Inform your doctor is you are pregnant or breastfeeding .

Afatinib belongs to kinase inhibitors class of drugs. It blocks certain proteins in the cancerous cell thereby stops such cells growth and multiplication.
