Drug Interactions

Blood plasma concentrations may be increased when combined with CYP3A4 inhibitors, for example ketaconazole, possibly leading to more side effects.

Contraindications

Lurasidone is contraindicated in individuals who are taking medicines like ketoconazole, clarithromycin, ritonavir, levodropropizine, etc.
