Mechanism of Action

Dapagliflozin:
Dapagliflozin works by blocking a protein called SGLT2 in the kidneys. This protein normally helps the body reabsorb sugar back into the blood. Sitagliptin:

Together, Dapagliflozin and Sitagliptin help control blood sugar in two different ways—one by removing excess sugar from the body and the other by improving insulin response. This dual action provides better and more stable blood sugar control throughout the day.
