Mild agitation in elderly; allergic skin reactions.

Hypersensitivity. Lactation.
Mechanism of Action
Sulbutiamine is an antiasthenic drug. It increases physical resistance to fatigue, improves neuromuscular efficiency, learning, memory and the metabolic function of the cerebral cortex. Absorption: Rapidly absorbed in the GI tract after oral admin. Distribution: Crosses the blood brain barrier. Excretion: Half-life: about 5 hr.
