Azelnidipine + Telmisartan is a combination medication used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It combines two active ingredients: Azelnidipine, a calcium channel blocker, and Telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). 

Uses:

1. Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) in patients who are not adequately controlled with monotherapy

2. Reducing the risk of cardiovascular events such as stroke and heart attack in patients with hypertension and other risk factors
